Services may include 1:1 coaching, group programs, online courses, digital downloads, and live workshops, delivered live, pre-recorded, or in hybrid formats.
3. No Medical or Therapeutic Advice
Our services are educational and coaching-based only. We do not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, or healthcare advice. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your vocal health, physical condition, and personal decisions.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. No refunds are offered for any services or products. Payment plans, if offered, are binding and must be completed in full. Missed or forfeited 1:1 sessions due to no-show or lack of communication are not rescheduled or refunded.
5. Intellectual Property
All Website content, course materials, videos, downloads, and intellectual property belong exclusively to JGS Vocal Coaching LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without express written permission.
6. Client Conduct and Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to any client who violates these Terms, engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior, or fails to comply with program guidelines, without refund.
7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from JGS Vocal Coaching LLC, you agree to the following terms:
Consent: By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our opt-in form, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS/text messages from JGS Vocal Coaching LLC at the phone number provided. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Types of Messages: Messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, service updates, promotional offers, marketing messages, and responses to your inquiries.

If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
